Corrosion resistance

1.4571 shows good corrosion resistance in most natural waters rural and urban atmosphere , provided that the chloride, hydrochloric acid, and hydrochloric acid concentrations and the concentrations of organic acids are low to medium. Both the food and beverage industry as well as in the agricultural food sector, 1.4571 has an excellent corrosion resistance. 1.4571 is resistant to intergranular corrosion, even after welding.
